Know your enemy

Don't get us wrong: the mind can be a beautiful instrument when proper used. But most people identify with their mind, and there it goes wrong. Then the mind takes over control and in this unconscious state your light can not shine. The result is madness: from broken families to killing each other to starting wars. 

The good news is that we can choose to stop this immediately by dissolving the identification with the mind. The result is feeling empathy, unity and unconditional love for all people and for the world.
